Tasting Notes

Care of Our tea

There are two ways to brew Australian Green Tea.  To enjoy the refreshing aroma brew hotter and shorted time, to enjoy the soft and mellow taste brew at a slightly lower temperature for a little longer time.  Brew with good quality water, as chlorine will affect the taste of green tea.

1. Brewing process – refreshing aroma (for 2 cups)
  • Tea leaves: 1 1/2 tablespoons (7 - 8g
  • Water temperature: 80o
  • Amount of water: 200mL
  • Waiting time: 1 - 1 1/4 min.

2. Brewing process - soft and mellow taste
for a more soft and mellow taste, we recommend you brew our tea using water of a slightly lower temperature i.e. 70oC for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
